betbt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and betbt ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms govern all activities on the betbt website including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming and participation in promotions.

By accessing or using the betbt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the betbt platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betbt.

2. Account Registration

When registering a betbt account, you agree to the following obligations:

• aYou must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address.
• bYou must keep your registration information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay withdrawal processing or result in account suspension.
• cYou are entirely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. betbt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the user's credentials were disclosed.
• dbetbt may require identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage. These may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld pending verification.
• eEach person may hold only one registered betbt account. If betbt identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

betbt facilitates deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh mobile wallet providers and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

betbt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction. Transactions identified as potentially fraudulent will be flagged and may result in temporary account restriction while an investigation is conducted. betbt will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages or scheduled maintenance periods.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

betbt offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• aBonuses are credited to your account balance automatically when the qualifying conditions are met. Qualifying conditions (such as minimum deposit amount or specific payment method) will be communicated clearly with each promotion.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on betbt is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules communicated on the relevant section of the platform:

• aAll bets placed on betbt are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation message constitutes the record of the accepted bet. betbt will not reverse or modify a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of manifest error or void events.
• bIn the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, betbt will attempt to resolve the session using server-side records. Where a definitive result cannot be determined from server records, betbt may void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• cbetbt reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, price manipulation, insider information or any other form of fraud affecting the outcome of the event on which the bet was placed.
• dbetbt's decisions on the settlement of bets and the interpretation of gaming rules are final and binding. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with betbt support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion.

6. Responsible Gaming

betbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. betbt provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players directly from the account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. betbt encourages all players to make use of these tools proactively.

betbt is strictly a 21+ platform. betbt employs age verification procedures during account registration and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. betbt will not refund deposits made to an account where underage gambling has occurred.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betbt platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and further legal action:

• aUsing automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit any feature of the betbt service in a manner not intended for human users.
• bCoordinating with other users to abuse promotional offers, exploit bonus terms or engage in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting or other systematic exploitation of betbt's pricing.
• cUsing the betbt platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. betbt cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report any suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• dProviding false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or in any communication with betbt support.
• eAttempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account, betbt's internal systems, or any third-party system connected to the betbt platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

betbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• aWhere betbt has reasonable grounds to believe a user has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: eligibility violations, identity fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• bWhere betbt is required to suspend or close an account by any applicable law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.
• cWhere a user voluntarily requests account closure. betbt will process voluntary closure requests and release any verified balance to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of all pending KYC checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betbt platform — including but not limited to the betbt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betbt or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the betbt platform without the prior written consent of betbt. Unauthorised use of betbt's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the betbt platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses.

betbt does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. betbt will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but will not be liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service outages or events beyond betbt's reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

betbt collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a betbt account, you consent to betbt processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. betbt uses industry-standard SSL encryption and security measures to protect your personal data. betbt will not sell your personal data to third parties. betbt may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers and law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betbt will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via the contact details held on the account (email or SMS).

Your continued use of the betbt platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the betbt platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betbt's internal complaints process should be escalated to betbt's support team in writing via the contact email provided on this platform. betbt will use its best efforts to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly. betbt's decision on any complaint escalated through the proper channels shall be considered final and binding subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
